1. Estrutura básica (relembrando e expandindo)

Parte Frases-modelo
Saudação Hi [Name], / Dear [Name], / Hello team,
Abertura I hope this email finds you well. / I hope you're doing well.
Motivo do e-mail I'm writing to... / I wanted to follow up on... / Just a quick note to...
Corpo Objetivo, direto, um assunto por parágrafo
Fechamento Let me know if you have any questions. / Looking forward to your reply.
Despedida Best, / Best regards, / Thanks, / Kind regards,

2. E-mails por situação

Pedindo uma informação:

Could you please provide an update on the project timeline? I was wondering if you could send me the latest version of the report.

Fazendo um follow-up (cobrando resposta educadamente):

I just wanted to follow up on my previous email regarding the contract. I haven't heard back from you yet, could you let me know your availability this week?

Marcando uma reunião:

Would you be available for a call this Thursday at 3 pm? I'd like to schedule a meeting to discuss the next steps. Does Tuesday work for you?

Confirmando algo:

Just confirming our meeting tomorrow at 10 am. This is to confirm that I've received the documents, thank you.

Recusando/adiando educadamente:

Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it to the meeting. Could we reschedule? I appreciate the offer, but I'll have to pass on this one.

I'm afraid there's been a delay with the shipment. Unfortunately, we won't be able to meet the original deadline due to unforeseen circumstances.

Pedindo desculpas:

I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. I'm sorry for the delayed response, I was out of office last week.

Hey! Hi [Name], / Hello [Name],
Gonna / wanna Going to / want to
Thx Thank you / Thanks
ASAP (em excesso, soa impositivo) at your earliest convenience / as soon as possible

4. CC, BCC e Reply All

Termo Significado
Forward Encaminhar

I'm cc'ing my manager on this so she's kept in the loop.

attachment anexo
subject line assunto (do e-mail)
out of office (OOO) fora do escritório (ausente)
to reach out entrar em contato
to loop someone in incluir alguém na conversa
touch base fazer contato rápido/alinhar
heads up aviso prévio
per our conversation conforme conversamos

Exemplo completo: Follow-up educado
