2. Temas seguros para small talk

Tema Exemplo de pergunta
Fim de semana "Did you have a good weekend? Any plans?"
Clima "Can you believe this weather we're having?"
Trabalho (leve) "How's everything going with the new project?"
Viagens "Have you traveled anywhere interesting recently?"
Hobbies "Do you have any hobbies outside of work?"
Elogios genuínos "I really liked your presentation, by the way."

  • Vida amorosa/relacionamentos pessoais detalhados
  • Fofocas sobre colegas

4. Frases para começar e manter uma conversa

Iniciando:

"Hi, I don't think we've met, I'm [Name] from the marketing team." "Mind if I join you?" "This is a great event, isn't it?"

Mantendo a conversa (fazendo perguntas de acompanhamento):

"That's interesting, how did you get into that?" "What brings you to this conference?" "What do you do at [Company]?"

Encerrando educadamente:

"It was great talking to you, I should go say hi to a few other people, but let's stay in touch." "I don't want to keep you, but it was a pleasure meeting you!"

5. Networking em eventos profissionais

Se apresentando (elevator pitch, resumo de 30 segundos):

"Hi, I'm Beatriz, I work as a UX designer at a fintech startup. I focus mostly on improving onboarding experiences for new users. What about you?"

Trocando contato:

"It was great meeting you. Do you have a card, or should we connect on LinkedIn?" "Let's exchange contacts, I'd love to keep in touch."

"It was great meeting you at the conference yesterday. I really enjoyed our conversation about [topic]. Let's stay in touch!"
