Trabalho · Lição 6: Telefonemas e Videochamadas
Objetivos da lição
- Atender e fazer ligações profissionais em inglês
- Lidar com problemas técnicos em videochamadas
- Pedir para repetir/esclarecer sem constrangimento
Explicação
1. Atendendo o telefone profissionalmente
"Good morning, this is [Name] speaking, how can I help you?" "[Company name], this is [Name] speaking." "Thank you for calling [Company], how may I assist you?"
2. Fazendo uma ligação
"Hi, this is [Name] calling from [Company]. Is this a good time to talk?" "I'm calling regarding the proposal I sent last week." "Could I speak to [Name], please?"
3. Frases essenciais para quando você não entende (fundamentais!)
Não tenha vergonha de pedir para repetir, é muito mais profissional do que fingir que entendeu:
| Situação | Frase |
|---|---|
| Não ouviu bem | "Sorry, could you repeat that, please?" |
| Não entendeu o sentido | "Could you clarify what you mean by that?" |
| Precisa que falem mais devagar | "Would you mind speaking a bit more slowly, please?" |
| Quer confirmar que entendeu | "So, if I understood correctly, you're saying that...?" |
| Conexão ruim | "Sorry, you're breaking up a little, could you say that again?" |
| Vai verificar e retornar | "Let me check on that and get back to you." |
4. Transferindo chamadas e colocando em espera
"One moment, please, I'll transfer you to the right department." "Could you hold for a moment, please?" "I'm sorry, he's not available right now. Would you like to leave a message?" "Can I take a message?"
5. Videochamadas: problemas técnicos comuns
"Sorry, I think you're on mute." "Can everyone see my screen okay?" "I'm having some connection issues, can you hear me now?" "Sorry, we lost you for a second there." "Let's give it a minute for everyone to join."
6. Encerrando uma ligação/call educadamente
"Well, I think that covers everything. Thanks for your time." "I'll send a follow-up email with the details we discussed." "Thanks for calling, have a great day!" "Great, talk soon!"
